Ignore the super old reviews. I lived here from 2016-2021 and can only say great things about the owners, management, and maintenance. ALL of them were very responsive and attentive. At least twice they went out of their way on a holiday to help me with maintenance. Yes, the buildings are a little older and there will be issues here and there, but they are nicer and quieter than a lot of higher priced places in the area. They could charge more but they actually care about their tenants. It’s an apartment - temper your expectations for soundproofing and parking. But all you really need to live here happily is to be a responsible and decent human being.

Great for the price!! We've saved so much money living here, and management is very responsive. They are awesome. Anytime there's an issue, they get it fixed within like 2 days. Our apartment is roomy. Great location too.Thanks for your review Sabrina, we have loved having you guys here!
