Let me start off by saying they do not deliver on what they say, and if I could I would give zero stars for the network and the customer service. The technician said I’ll get a free month since the internet wasn’t working properly for a couple days and it wasn’t the first time and I was still charged and when I called the customer service she said she can’t do it yada yada and had me on the call for 1 whole hour just to say she’ll adjust my bill and refund the bill for 1 day which is $2.

Technician did fast and knowledgeable work on my internet installation.

THE slowest internet I’ve ever encountered and I don’t even know how that’s even possible because we had AOL dialup in the 90’s. The service is HORRIBLE. I had to resort to using my phones hotspot to get anything done. ON TOP OF THE WORST WIFI SIGNAL EVER, they charge you an extra $10 on top of your bill every 6 months. I wouldn’t be so angry it wasn’t SO SLOW!!!’ Please get real!!!

Like other reviewers, I would give 0 Star if I can. Life is already hard and these guys will try to rob you. They don’t care about existing customers at all. Increase our monthly charge from $35 to $50 for 300 Mbps, while offering the new customers $25 for 400 Mbps. Called their customers service and was told there’s nothing they can do. Don’t fall for those new customer deal traps. You will get screwed later.

Check the web site...it is pretty good
Thank you, David. 4215 Boxwood Dr. Denton. Thank you, Thomas. My neighbor at that address has been trying to get it taken care of for years. You are a prince among men.
Call their customer service line and they will help you
There is a fiber cut currently and network techs are working to fix.
Confirm your password. It is usually located on the bottom of your router. Somewhere there is a sticker with all the important information.
Do you mean your WiFi password? Consult the user manual for your router. The Grande then hopefully left it with you, but you can look up the model on the router, then Google the manual. Or call Grande tech support.
You can set up call forwarding online if you have the optimum phone service.
Good luck
Probably, if you are in the military
