I called to see if they can direct me to my grandfather but instead was told to call back the next following day. I just wanted to see if he was ok because recently my mother told me the facility had a COVID case present.

Our mother passed away recently after residing at Lindan Park for five years and the care she received there was phenomenal. Lindan Park is filled with individuals that are considerate, compassionate, and loving. They are all about the dignity of their residents with very professional management, doctors, nurses, and staff who work as a team and truly became extended family. There was minimal turnover, which was important to us in providing consistent care to our mother and is a testament to the exceptional work environment that has been fostered at Lindan Park. People are upbeat and happy and smiling. We were amazed at all of the activities that engaged the residents. Our mother especially enjoyed the different music acts and talented performers that would entertain. (Ask about the “Prom Night” complete with a live orchestra, as well as the frequent “Happy Hours”.) The volunteer network is extensive that help with the activities and includes frequent visits from church groups. Lindan Park is a hidden gem in Richardson that our family discovered and the people make it that way. While the facility is older than several other nursing homes that we had visited, the big difference maker to our family was definitely the people that make this as much of a home as possible instead of an institution. We will be forever grateful for the love and care they gave our mother over the past five years.

I’ve been marketing for a very long time. When I walked in to the facility to visit with the Administrator the building looked beautiful. They did great with the remodeling!
