Went to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday and get a second piercing, they did not ask for permission to let a brand new piercer do the procedure. Had never pierced anyone before, and messed up my daughters holes. They wouldn’t give me my money back and stated I could just come back and get a re-pierced later. Horrible experience and please do not get your piercings here. Not a professional place and they will mess you up! Zero stars if that was available!
