Placed an order at 5:30 am after being up for hours with a faulty hose sounding like a freight train. Staff member was very sweet and helpful. She took the time to update all my demographics and every tried to expedite my order, so I could try to get some sleep soon. Edit: They sent the wrong supplies and set up the return incorrectly. The refuse to send the correct items until I send back the incorrect items. When I called to ask where the label was they told me they scheduled a pick up. A supervisor got everything settled.

I had equipment delivered to my home in January. It was never used and was picked up at the end of January. However as of the date of this review (09/09/2021) I have still been charged monthly fees to the tune of $1200. I have called the Lincare billing department that is located in a different state every month since April and the issue has not been resolved because this location has not uploaded their pickup ticket. Now, Lincare is threatening to report the $1200 that has accrued to a collection agency. Not even the Lincare billing department can get cooperation with this location. Aug 2, 2022 and I still receive bills from Lincare for services never provided and products returned the month I received them as if I am still using them products to this very day.

They dropped the machine off at my house w/no information & a mask that swallowed my face! Awful service!!

Worst 0xygen company they will not work with you and bring oxygen if emergency even if they are 5 min away that day terrible customer care they only give out one tank per patient good luck getting through 2 doctors Appts on 2 liters it will be empty
