It’s an OK place to work. Never trained me for tarping even though I told them I had no experience in that. The trucks are governed at 65 mph. Dangerously slow. They have the driver-facing camera that’s right in your face. The trucks have a five minute idle shut down which can be annoying when you’re trying to pre-trip and air the truck up. At least they put APU’s on the trucks. Pushy dispatch. The week-long orientation is a little dragged out.

Worked for them about a year and super folks to work with. Only reason I left was to try out lease operator, but if I were to ever desire to be an employee again, Group One (one of their sub-companies) would be my first choice to drive for again. Family type atmosphere, good pay and benefits for being an employee and always enjoyed seeing the folks in the office!

Your best choice would probably be a Hot Shot delivery, but call ft worth office and see.
