Love my Local Ralph’s. I always find what I need, considering it’s the closest grocery store I have, I take a couple trips per week 😁 and the personnel is always so helpful and nice.

I like that I can find healthier brands of all kinds of foods that I am looking for here. You pay for what you get. Yes it does cost just a bit more here than Food 4 Less or Stater Bros but health is worth it. I specially buy a brand of ketchup that has no added sugar and adds squash, carrots and spinach. I need to add extra veggies in my kids diet everywhere I can. The cakes looked so great and such a variety of single slices of cake. The only thing I won't use again though is the self checkout.

Rude management made a respectful customer return merchandise limited to 1 item per custome. I offered the customer to buy it for him. He said he will talk to the store manager. The front manager called the other manager and told him not help the customer because he already bought one item at her register. I asked the customer what had happened and he answered they such. I agree manager shall be aproblem solver not part of the problem. This problem held the line and waisted the customer time and our time. Ralph sucks

The shopping carts are scattered everywhere in this shopping center. Ralphs needs to send their employees to retrieve these carts.
