After a 14 hour drive and a gross mishap at a hotel in Green River, I exhaustedly decided to drive the extra 85 miles and try this hotel. I called on the way at around 1am and Ron’s friendly and warm voice told me a room was still available was exactly what I needed. The adult store at the entrance to the turn to the hotel gave me pause, but turned out to be a false alarm. Ron not only had a room for me, but made sure I received my AAA discount. He was so friendly at such a late hour. I have traveled constantly for work for 20 years and this is truly the single cleanest and friendliest hotel ever. The sheets were crisp and fresh and the mattress clean and firm. The kitchenette was spotless. The carpets were spotless. The bathroom was impeccably clean. The wall unit even allowed me to turn on the fan for white noise, not that it was needed as this quiet hotel. They need to teach every other hotel this level of customer service, maintenance, and housekeeping. Kudos to Leticia the housekeeper who made my room spotless, too. 10/10 will be back next time I drive through in June.

This is the place to stay. Excellent customer service presented from Nicholas and Marvin. Our room was spotless, up-to-date, the beds and pillows were soft, the tv remotes were covered in plastic and facilities are well maintained.

We arrived to the room we did not request that was severly overpriced. The toilet stool was running non stop and did NOT work! The staff is never at the front desk. They are always outside smoking so you can't reach them. The shower made a loid screeching noise while taking showers. The pool and hot tub were super cold. The hot tub was dirty and made a super loud noise when the jets were on. This place is utterly disgusting. We could not use the bathroom and ended up using it at the gas station. Yuck! When we called down to tell them about the toilet stool no one answered. It rang non stop and no one to be found at the front desk. The next morning upon check out. The front desk person was outside smoking. She could careless what I had to say. She did not stop to listen but rather walked away as she said oh, maybe it was the chain. We checked that because we needed the stool but that was not it. No sincere apology! Overpriced and poor management.

The rooms are small but clean. Shower is decent, most of the staff are very nice. The only one was one in the kitchen. They were out of potatoes at 8:15 am and she wouldn't make any more. I could swear they are serving until 9am. Maybe I don't know how to tell time.
