Deno's Of Highland Park

I went into Deno's to see if he could repair or replace a missing piece of hardware on my Coach ankle boots. He took one look at it and said that he didn't have anything like it. It is a turn and lock closure, similar to those used on purses. I showed him the one that I have on the other Boot, which was loose, and asked if he had a tiny screw driver that I could use to tighten it so that I would not lose it too. He said he had no such screw driver. He just wasn't friendly, and me being a woman, I usually keep a small screw driver in my purse or vehicle. I was shocked that he had no small hand tools, with which to help me, even for a moment, and I could have paid him. Or I could have done it myself. I grew up in a small town in OK where the local blacksmith could fix anything. So, I probably would not recommend Deno's. Not helpful.

Yes they can pretty much cteate a new shoe.

Go to the Gucci store or a retailer speak with the Mgr or District mgr and ask them regarding correcting the stain. I took a pair red Gucci shoes and a yellow pair of Polo loafers to “Deno's” and the color was slightly stripped when they were cleaned,polished and dressed.
