First time being here to see Chris Tomlin and worship God and it was good. Everyone was nice and I felt so welcomed.

Beautiful church but rude workers unless you have a first day red bag. I work nights so I really need coffee to function. As I was walking in, they rudely ordered me to throw away my large coffee that I just bought from their church cafe!!! I wasted money and now I’m falling asleep during the word. They didn’t even offer me a “coffee on us” because I wasn’t aware of their rule. Funny thing, they didn’t tell me to throw out my coffee last Sunday when it was my first visit and I had a red bag. Definitely won’t be back here.

Worship is amazing but the preaching is too political. It’s also very difficult to get to in traffic for weeknight activities.

Trump followers not Jesus. Standing ovations for sending poor brown people who are seeking refuge all over the country to "own the libs". These people really believe Christ would enjoy the joke. This a church of the antichrist. Jesus will puke when these evil hypocrites come seeking entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven. They can delete as many of the posts from true followers of Jesus that they would like but God knows their evil hearts.

What time does Oliver North speak?

Yes
Absolutely! Many guests will be coming to the services on Sunday, so they are recommending members and guests alike to come early. I would probably try to get there 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and being able to get seated.
Trump is not a Christian. I suggest you dust off your bible and read it.
YES PLEASE
That's correct. The church require mask and there are lots of room for social distancing. Hope this helps Sharon. God bless you
Don't be an idiot. All Gods people are welcome. I would be more concerned on how satan is working in your life to bring out the hatred in your comments. All the church offers is the truth from the bible.
There are CD's you can purchase at fistdallas.org also, you can use the website to play the worship music from our web as well.
Thank you both of yall. I'll see y'all in October the Lord willing unless the Rapture happens first!

All are welcome! “For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”” Romans 10:12-13
Hi! Be blessed! It is very simple and a pleasure for me to be able to explain it to you. There is an entrance via "San Jacinto" Street. The space to use is free. But it's good to get there early. When you arrive: leave your husband there on the benches; However, in what he is waiting for, you go out and search for parking (eg Ross tower), there are several towers and they are all very close to the church and free! When the conference is over your husband can wait on the benches while you pick up your car. Any other help can count on me and all servers. Juan Enrique Irizarry, MD.
Yes both men and women.
Mostly NASB I believe
The Men have a Wednesday night bible study through the summer. But the Women's Bible study doesn't meet until the beginning of the school year. And no there is no service it's just the Bible studies.
He preaches in the Worship Center at 9:15 a.m. & 10:50 a.m. This Sunday, June 30, he will not preach. Lt. Col. Oliver North will bring a special message.
Contact one of the pastors.
We have an entire orchestra, not just one pianist.
Your son must be of age to know what sin is and why he needs a savior. Becoming a believer in Jesus Christ is the single most important decision in a person's life. If your son is already a believer there is no need to hurry. If there is some other reason for urgency such as someone's health, please come to the church today and come forward when the Pastor calls. A decision counselor will help you. You can ask about your sisters then.
Family directories are published occasionally. We haven't published a new one lately. If you are looking for someone on the staff just call the main number and ask. You will probably need to leave a message.
Yes, but if you have younger children that sometimes get beyond your control, there also smaller family areas that have a live video feed.

There is a table on the second floor before the skybridge where you can get audio devices that translate the sermon into Spanish. You can ask the volunteers for help when you arrive. Hope this helps!

First Baptist has an entire orchestra, there are several pianists. The services are at 9 and 11.
The man on the cross who was told by Jesus that they would be together in Paradise that very day didn't do anything but accept, believe and confess. Just a thought
Yes, it will be in the main Worship Center during both services at 9:15 and 10:50. No ticket needed.
No, both of the traditional services, in the main sanctuary, are exactly the same. Those are at 9:15 and 10:50 am. There is an additional contemporary service called Day One in the smaller sanctuary. That one is only at 10:50 am and features more modern music and is popular with the younger crowd.
Dallas Life Foundation 1100 Cadiz St. Open 24 hours
Probably, but I'll show up either way 😃
No that I know of, but they do have many resources to help, such as Discipleship University classes that often times revolve around the topic of career matters. Also, If you contact the Pastoral Care Office, you can sometimes get a lead from them about someone in the church who is involved in the field you need help with. They also have an official team to help with finance wellness and guidance.
Jeff Bingham's Lovvorn Hall class on the north side of the new building -- 1st Fl.

If you already have a cordial relationship with them, you can start by asking if they have thought about life after death. If standing before God would you be able to say you have kept all of God's commands? None of us have and we would be judged as guilty of disobedience, therefore deserving punishment. But God loved us and made a way for our guilt penalty to be paid in full. God came to earth as a human (Jesus) and took the punishment we deserved. Jesus paid in full the entire debt owed for all who believe and trust in Him. Jesus alone has the authority to pay that debt, all one needs to do is receive that free gift. No other payment is worthy, no other being can plead for you. Regarding the times we are in, the violence will continue to increase. Whether one is driving home from work or church the evil one is prowling, whether celebrating a birthday or fighting fires, be prepared for the sting of death. As long as your friends and family are alive they can receive salvation.
They believe in what the bible says about speaking in tongues and water baptism which fills you with the Holy Spirit but the congregation doesn't practice speaking in tongues. Nowhere in the bible does it say you HAVE TO speak in tongues to be filled with the Holy Spirit. There are 2 "types" of "tongues": 1) the holy spirit came down upon the apostles & they started speaking in tongues & the Holy Spirit was in control. There were people around that could understand them. 2) Then there is a "prayer tongue" that one can control & pray at anytime & only God can understand the prayer. If I'm understanding what I'm reading in the bible, when you pray in tongues out loud in a room, it should benefit someone within earshot. They should be able to hear and understand what you are saying while you're praying aloud in tongues. Otherwise you should pray QUIETLY and the prayer is a private conversation between you & God.
Hi Kim! I would call the office. Even if they don't transfer you directly to Jeffress, you could certainly speak with someone on the pastoral staff

Yes, we believe in the Eternal Security of the believer, as the Bible teaches. We also believe in a pre-trib, pre-millenial Rapture and the literal 1000 year reign of Christ, as the Bible teaches. I don't know that we would say Islam is using religion as a cover for terrorism, but we would definitely agree that it is a false religion. The only way to get to heaven is to repent of your sins and trust in Jesus Christ as your Saviour.
