We had an absolute awesome time at K1 Speed in Richardson!! We had 11 people in our group and we all had a blast. The service was great at K1 from beginning to end. The staff was super friendly, helpful and patient with us. We had an age group range from 28 to 70 years old. All went smoothly and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend K1 Speed to anyone who wants to have a fun experience!

It's 14 laps around the track, but it comes out to roughly 10 minutes per race altogether.
$8 yearly membership. $2.50 headsock for helmet. Then #of races races vary. $20 for one race. There are always specials like 3 for $34, etc
The price range is from $50 to $200 for about how ever many races you want to do

Yes they will have time cards for everyone at the end as well. Tell you the time of each lap then your average time overall.

Each lap lasts approx 20-32 seconds depending on the speed. The total race lasts about 7-9 minutes
Not sure of a mile per hour. It really depends on the cart you get. The speed is also controlled by attendant. Act a fool they will slow you down

Masks are required, helmets are sanitized between use, cloth head covering is given to put on under helmet
They have a top speed of 45 mph. Which is definitely fast enough to force you to do some traction management, and the track has lots of back-to-back turns which makes the karts feel even faster. So, yes, good adrenaline rush for any age.
