I met Shannon at O’Rellys Auto Parts store in Buffalo Wyoming in search of new wiper blades for my motorhome. After we determined what blades would work I purchased them and. Once I got back to my motorhome I discovered the jay hook was wider than the new blade connectors. I went back to O’Reillys to return the blades I had purchased. Shannon was very disappointed about the fact the blades would not work. We took a look at the new blades and Shannon realized that the connectors on my old blades would fit on the new blades. Problem solved. Shannon went above and beyond what customer service is all about. Thank you. Greg May
