Restroom was a mess, long line at drive-up. 4 people inside waiting on incomplete orders. My egg Mcmuffin was slapped together and poorly wrapped.

Horrible service. There is a line of people waiting to get their orders corrected. We ordered on the kiosk (ice cream only) and still don’t have it 30 minutes later. It is also very dirty.

Tried using curbside pickup, after waiting more than 20min after checking in, I had to unbuckle all the kids and head inside. The counter girl claimed they were waiting on fries (20min??? And drive thru was getting service) I asked for the manager and she basically didn’t care. After another 5min we got our food and left only to find out we were missing a large fry and none of the happy meals had toys. If I could give them 0 stars I would

The worst McDonald's we have EVER been to and I am not exaggerating. My husband and I ordered through the drive thru (45 min wait) only to be told at the window that they will not accept 8 quarters as part of the payment. The rest were in bills. I had to embarrassingly tell her that I was traveling 2,200 miles from home and that it would be another 45 min to an hour until I could use my card again, for I had been locked out of my own account for fraudulent suspension. I didn't really think I needed to explain my situation for I was paying cash! The rude drive thru employee rolled her eyes and said, " I am not taking the time to count out change." It was $2.00 in QUARTERS. Even IF someone was to pay their entire amount due in nothing but pennies and dimes, these people shouldn't be so disrespectful nor rude. My husband went inside to talk to the manager and Ben (the manager) was incredibly apologetic and said that he doesn't know why she told us that and he would be taking her off the drive thru .
