Worst customer service ever. U can not believe that UPS does not care about their reputation. I called regarding the worst service ever by REGGIE and corporate didn't care at all. He would not help my daughter with a printing issue that their machine was having on Self serve. There were three people in that store and no one would or maybe could help her. When I went in to ask why REGGIE very rude and non chalant about doing his job. I did not raise my voice nor was I rude. I just wanted to know why 3 people were on the clock standing around and no one helped her. He told me to get out of the store as he waved me off like a fly. I could not believe this type of behavior but UPS condones this behavior. I will never go back to this store. I am reading online stories about this location and I read they also have thieves that works for them as merchandise has been coming up stolen.

Worst location to drop off your package. Could end up lost with no explanation. When tracking never left the store. Listen to everyone who has had a bad experience You’re better off going to the one on Plano Parkway or the one on Josey

Thieves work here. DO NOT drop off your packages here. I have had multiple go missing and they claim they shipped it out when the status updates don’t even say in transit. Police report has been filed against them as well.
