Imam you mean :). The prayer lead. Usually Fridays around Jumaa prayer. So possible between 1pm and 3pm. Not 100% sure.

Khutba starts at 0130pm and salah at 0200pm. Come around 0130pm for parking.

You would have to ask the masjid your questions in details. But nikkah/Islamic legal marriages are performed at the masjid.

Sorry, if you're trying to reach a board member of the masjid, this isnt the place. This is just the community reaching through from google to answer local questions. You should try to reach them by phone, email, or in person. In person i believe is the best. You can request for Brother Dr. Amir Shakeel there. He is usually there on Friday/Jummah. Other days depend on his schedule. Or try to come at Maghrib time to speak (any day) to speak to someone on the board or make an appointment. Hope this helped, Salam! :)
