I had a 15' truck reserved, however once I had everything packed, I realized I needed a larger truck. I showed up to Uhaul the morning of my move, knowing the chances of upgrading to a 20' would be slim, but the General Manager went above and beyond to get me what I needed. Thank you, Justin Mathis, for helping to make my move less stressful.

Ok waited 2 weeks for a hitch I moving Florida I drive over 1hr to have the work done after waiting 2 hours I'm told wrong hitch and that's it like goodluck I tried calling rental manager Justin Mathis no answer the guys working here at w university McKinney tx walk around phone in there ears and really unpleasant to watch now I'm out weeks if waiting gas driving around trip over 150 miles to be told sorry lol really mr Mathis this place is a joke along with people you have here that is mangers the only guy i seen that works was ok but the other 3 guys really?

If I can, I would give this place a zero star. I rented a cargo van here to move my college stuff from McKinney to Denton (at most 50 miles distance one way) but they ended up charge me a whopping 354 miles. Almost doubled the amount I supposed to pay. All I got after explaining to them is “no proof no refund”. CHECK YOUR CONTACT CLEARLY BEFORE HEADING OUT or you will get fraud just like I did.
