Paying for Climate Control, but its air conditioning was out for 6 days with temps near 100. No one at the McKinney, TX site is empowered to arrange a fix, and those up the chain don't take action. Staff at the site keep saying "we're trying as hard as we can" which matches the sign on the out of order Restroom at the site. Now I have to battle getting them to honor "1st month free" promotion which I had on my reservation. And their call center is no help either.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Very positive atmosphere. The person at the front desk was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She led is to our unit and made sure it was ready to go. Everything was swept out and very clean. We liked the different levels of security as well.

Got there just as the concrete trucks were starting a pour. I realize they have a job to do, however, someone sitting on an unfinished road 30 minutes waiting to turn into the property should be allowed to enter. A supervisor directing traffic would have been nice. My time is obviously worth nothing. Felt like I had to speed around the 2nd truck to get in. Then was trapped inside until his load was empty.
