My daughter has told me he does not like the branch manager here. She’s had multiple complaints about this branch, kids cannot have their phones, they’re very harsh rules there. She told my daughter she couldn’t ask questions because she was talking. Makes no sense. She says it’s no fun and the manager is rude to her and remaining children. That she feels singled and picked out by this woman “Haleigh”. I’m having her dad move her back to boys and girls club of Dallas. Please place your children somewhere else. My child final day was today. Children should not complain about something that’s supposed to be fun. Instead of reaching out to someone higher I want everyone to know my experience first.
