A bit slow. But friendly people and great selections.

This used to be my favorite store. No more. I went in looking for lace as a border for a church tablecloth knowing dimensions were 72" long for a rectangular table. Spent just short of an hour & picked out 3 rolls I had questions about. Waited another 15 minutes while 1 lady took care of the cutting table. My turn: how much do I need? No help. She said no one there would know. Never had that cold lack of service before. The whole store's atmosphere wasn't friendly. I couldn't get my electric power chair supplied by the store around product displays in the aisles. So, couldn't look for other on-sale items I wanted. Finally called for manager, some full tatooed girl looking like she was 16, not greeted with any word, just stood there with an attitude. I explained problems maneuvering aisle product displays. She says, "That's the way it is, can't be changed." Dead pan! Explained the lack of help for my project. Her attitude, "No one has that knowledge!" REALLY? All someone had to do was look it up on their phone/Internet for me as I wasn't able to. No one, not one was willing to.put forth any effort to help. AND the so-called manager girl, looked at my inability to walk around & showed her disdain to me as a disabled customer. I told her I'd call Corporate & complain. She responded shouting at me as I wheeled out of the store "They won't do anything." And you wonder why you're having to close doors. This was your store located at Glenview/Pipeline & I-820 in Richland Hills (Fort Wirth), TX. I told her I wouldn't ever shop at Joann's ever again! I used to spend loads of money there.

Joan, you would just have to call or go up there and tell them the situation. I'm sure they have something that would work! Good luck.
I doubt it. They sell supplies so you could do it yourself at home.
Masks are required for entry & shopping. I'm in there at least once a week & people are good at social distancing
They carry Wilton products (fondant, frosting, pans, molds, boxes, etc
It is primarily a fabric store, one of the remaining few! But they also sell everything else imaginable for any kind of craft project whether it be beading, knitting, painting, embroidery etc. They also have an amazing selection of Home deck items. You really have to see it to get a full understanding of everything they offer!

Listen, I have been in a number of fabric stores throughout the years...but NO JOKE =But this location has truly turned to s***!!! There literally is NO order in the front fabric section & even worse in the back. The young lady (that I finally found after an hr.! Oh, she was even supposed to be on her break but insisted on helping us regardless) was explaining to me basically how bad it's become mostly due to lack of staff.
