5 stars for animal care & 2 stars for office policies. Was told conflicting information on the phone by different people which resulted in a couple hours of time wasted on my end the day before my appointment for grooming & check up. On appointment day, I was late 15 minutes (that’s on me) but they told me since I was late I’d have to come back again later in the week for vet check up then a separate later day for grooming. I was distraught and they eventually let me in that day, but only after seeing my distress. They do great work with animals but not as much grace for people. If you go here, call ahead before coming to confirm you’re on the same page (with both grooming & vet side), show up early, and still expect to wait a bit. If you’re going to be late (even by a small amount), don't bother taking the time to drive there with your pet.
