my family took our elderly dog Mikey to get a blockage removed last monday. fortunately we were able to sit and wait up with him regardless of the time. All of the doctors and techs were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we did lose our boy that friday, due to him being an elderly dog and developing pneumonia. we are saddened by the loss of our family dog but the staff and doctors were so assuring and comforting along the way. Specifically a vet tech named Wen (hopefully i’m spelling that correctly) she was an absolute delight. We truly felt that our pup was in good hands just due to her excellent bedside manner to our dog! As well as Dr. Candace Richardson really helped eased our way into the whole process. We will definitely be returning with our other dogs when needed! yay VEG!

If i could give this more then five stars i would. They were so much help I cant thank them enough. They were understanding and so professional as well as showing me everything going on with my cat. Communication was superb and I definitely don't regret coming here. They got straight down to the root on the problem and were so understanding. I wish i would've went here in the first place . Especially Dr, Clare Foley. She did everything thing in here power to help me and make sure my animal was cared for.

Dr. Ezell and Yolanda were incredible with my dog’s allergic reaction, allergies, and infection. I had an amazing experience and the teamwork at this facility is outstanding!

fond memories , but the box/cover is pretty small and they are very expensive. mishkas ashes don't sound like our other dogs bruno. we really hope they told the truth that the animals are all separate, but it just doesn't sound like ashes you know, you wouldn't really expect any clinking in their ashes. the box they gave us for mishka is also pretty small and was expensive while brunos is longer and was cheaper. now of course we will pay the price for any because we love our animals so much. it sounds like gravel/rocks. Bruno sounds full and doesn't sound like that. we prefer the one brunos went to - smoke rise farms from summerfields vet. I know odd name. but we prefer them. I hope this helps. now we still love this emergency vet
