Well i would just like to apologize on behalf of smoker friendly. my wife is the southern colorado area supervisor and i know she likes to make sure that her stores are on a first come first serve basis. The only exception would b a elderly person or a disabled person... I hope that your future visits to these stores are more prompt and that the cashiers are better equipped to make sure you are served in a polite and prompt manner...
