Nice hotel. We stayed here because the power had gone out at our house. However, the air conditioner in the room was not working and it was extremely hot. I repeatedly called to ask if we could be moved to a different room or have fans brought up. After midnight they finally let us move to another room. The air conditioner worked in that room. Both rooms were clean, a great breakfast with lots of options.

First time doing the self check-in via the app and picked the room i wanted. However, when I arrived the room wasn't ready. Check-in was at 3:00, i auto checked in at 3 but we arrived at 3:30. Ok, they put us in another room same style king suite that we had booked. The ice machine never had ice, the breakfast bar was messy & sticky, and they couldn't keep up with the number of guests eating breakfast at 8am. There was someone in the room above us with kids jumping and yelling. Calked the front desk and it didn't help only made it worse.

Great service, clean room, firm mattress. I loved that all the bathroom products were on the walls in the shower and on the vanity. The water pressure is pretty bad. The pool area was crowded and the water looked pretty cloudy. The hot tub water was really dirty with bugs in it so I opted out. I'd stay there again while in the area.
