I love big lots! I like their decorative kitchen items and the organizer baskets..etc! They have affordable curtains, rugs! All sorts of things! They have affordable outdoor decor as well! The store also has food but the food is not cheap. If anything I found certain things are more expensive. They carry a wide range of items. It's reminds of good ole Kmart. I have noticed over the years their stuff is most definitely better quality! I have never bought furniture there. So I know nothing about that! The only thing I had an issue with was I was interested in a square kitchen cullender and they wanted 20 bucks for it. The bottom of it was dirty like it had been used. They didn't offer a discount. So I passed on it. If I'm going to pay 20 bucks on a cullender then it better be brand new. Otherwise I do like this store!

Big lots usually is my first go to when I need appliances or household items but this particular location seems to have a small inventory when I visit. But it’s still a good store and has lots of good deals. Great people there too.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The restroom was extremely dirty! The store was dirty. We will be probably order online and skip the store.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Only 1 single cashier? Other employees were up front, and did not acknowledge the long lines. I had a total of 4 items, with many customers having full baskets and looking agitated. I was agitated myself , and walked out! I will purchase items elsewhere.
