Very slow, I work as a currier and go to several of the airline cargo areas. Most help very quickly, usually the only delay if a plane is running late. But Delta DFW is always really slow in helping customers, they don’t even acknowledge you most times. Even though there may be 2-3 employees behind the counter sometimes, they still work really slow . I’ve seen them behind the counter for up to 10-15 minutes with no customers in front of them while 2-3 customers are sitting in front of them just waiting to be acknowledged, while other workers, I guess are on break on their phones behind the counter also. Frustrating seeing so many workers behind the counter but still having to wait 20 -40 minutes to be helped when I’m usually in and out within 5-10 at any other airline cargo area

NEGATIVE -100 stars if I could. HORRIBLE. We booked a time sensitive animal cargo flight, and the cargo area wasn't even open when there advertised online to be open. Call customer service and get told they can pretty much close up when they want. I guess even when people have flights booked. He missed his flight.
