I came here in July to get an MRI for a workman's comp injury. The mri technician placed mustard packs on my right wrist and taped them on my wrist. I asked the technician why is she placing condiment mustard packs on my wrist? And she said that this helps out with the Imaging!! I thought this was strange & highly unprofessional. I have had MRIs done in the past at another facility. And have never had this experience before!!!.. These Mri results showed my wrist had cysts and everything else was normal!! I got another mri done with the right equipment placed on my wrist (no yellow mustard packs at this one) at another place because I was still in pain and wanted a second opinion. This mri came back showing I had cysts and a tear on my wrist!!! Good thing I went somewhere else. Don't go to this place!!! It is unprofessional and the equipment is old. They should be audited and reported by the state!! Why would someone think its ok to use mustard packs on a body part to run tests!! They are too cheap to buy the right equipment!

Came to get a CT at unit 100 of this place. Receptionist name Cyndy was very rude. When I asked a question she said “oh my goodness” do not go there. Unprofessional staff!
