I love Banfield! They take excellent care of @Mr.Scylus. Banfield keeps me posted on his future visits to maintenance on his ear cleaning. The staff are friendly, loving and kind. I encourage many pet owners to seek out Banfield. Woof Woof and Arf Arf to Banfield!!!

I took my dog there to get neutered and part of paying the year policy which is 50$ for me every month I strongly recommend you shouldn’t get it once I got my dog neutered they only gave me one medication to ease the pain they also told me that I could get a additional medication for 25 dollars for minor pains I said no I would wait a coupl of days if it isn’t helping her I will come back for it well my dog started leaking and moving around to much so I took her to the clinic and they kept blaming me for her situation because I didn’t but the extra pill turns out the other medication is what keeps her asleep and also keeps her from moving around I left the clinic paying almost 600$ for lab test and for them to give me two more medications I strongly recommend anyone to look for a different dog clinic because this one will bleed you dry.

My dog was very sick vomiting blood on New Year's Eve. They were very caring and helpful in treating our fur baby. And upfront with any and all cost for treatment. I'm very glad there is somewhere to turn when your fur baby is so sick on a holiday.

The availability of an appointment was great considering my concerns but they weren't as caring or interactive as my home Banfield. Kept trying to push a prescription instead of actually speaking about my concerns and how I was feeling about my dog's condition. I had just lost a pet a couple months prior due to cancer and they didn't seemed to care about how fragile that is to me when bringing my other dog in. It was just about the money seemed like and I didn't like that vibe. And come to find out they didn't even do her vaccines that came with her comprehensive exam, her home Banfield called her back in a few weeks later for those services. I'm like what did the mesquite location have me drop her off for and they didn't even do the services???

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 18, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 18, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 18, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Oct 18, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
