Outstanding experience. My first time buying (and selling) with Dow in Mineola, and I now see how they have such loyal customers. It is clear that Dow cares for its employees, many of whom have been there for 15-25 years. To me this speaks volumes as it illustrates that if a business takes care of its people, they will take better care of their customers. Compared to the rest of the industry, they go above and beyond... but they view it like its just the way it should be (which I agree). Special thanks to Brandon and Adam whom I worked with directly.

Don't know you would have to call the dealership. But I can tell you I traveled 800miles to buy a car there because they were honest and easy to work with. I live in Albuquerque and would never buy a car here. Dow was very good to me. They have a lot of trucks.
If you can send me over your vin number I can see if GM has any recalls out on your vehicle.
