Went to Christus Trinity Clinic yesterday was was very impressed. I had been sick for 8 days with what I thought was the flu but wouldn't go in. The staff from front desk, to the nurses, and Kokeesha Paul, FNP were wonderful to me. I was made to feel at ease even as bad as I felt. Kokeesha is very knowledgeable and great bedside manner. I go back in month for check up, the prescriptions seem to be helping. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

Waited 5 weeks for a new patient visit. Researched the doctors and selected one. The Tuesday after Memorial Day and 4 hours before my appointment they text me saying I needed to reschedule. Called, doctor got “sick” conveniently day after a three day weekend. I have some things that need attention; not an emergency but had waited five weeks. They told me other doctors in office was already booked and next available appointment was another three weeks out. On top of it the appointment receptionist was a anger, bitter lady obviously not trained in empathy or sympathy but was very tuned into my anger and the word “bullshit”. She hung up on me. Moved on to UT Health. Thanks for playing.
