I usually get my Argon canister swapped out here, usually once or twice a year and it's pretty straight forward. Went today in a pinch and was told they had no Argon and didn't know when they would have more. Will have to try some other places tomorrow I guess.

Great place to get your welding gas supply. The deliver and have trade in bottles as well. You can purchase new tanks, welding machines, welding parts and accessories, and general gases like Nitrogen.

These are industrial gases. Don't know if you are looking for industrial tanks or scuba.
I believe they can. I would call them directly to see what the procedure is.
Helium is available at the Houston location ... always a good idea to call the location to get CURRENT status, as temporary supply interruptions can occur
They do not refill propane. They are a welding gas supply company. Such as Argon, Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Ayctlene.
