Staff is quick to assist and is knowledgeable of their products. This establishment sells to the general public, so no account is needed Welding gas refills are my primary reason for visits. The service is quick and the prices are the best I've seen in the city. Even if I found lower prices at a competitor, the level of service here would be hard to beat.

Awesome guys!! These people take care of the little guys like me. Airgas doesn’t care about you. Airgas would charge me triple the amount for argon gas. I’ll always go to big Tex now. Like I said friendly guys to talk to and joke around with.

Poor Customer Service. I was cussed at on the phone by whoever answered, when I called to check on my welding machine. Apparently I wasn't told the proper information by their employee when I dropped the machine off, and was then yelled at and cussed at by the employee when I called in and tried to understand the situation.
