I am deaf / hard of hearing use caption call phone to communicate ...tried to explain to the clerks who answered the phone today 06-05-22 ....to please slow down to speak so operator on the other end can type word for word but too much background noise interfering....first clerk who answered was guy...asked he could have someone else talk bit slower ...seems not to know what i wanted in detail... switched to girl then she hung up on me when i was trying to get more details as well ...going to write a letter corporate about this ..lost a sale to make a revenue as a customer that I was willing to spend at this location 734 Michigan Ave....willing to spend for purchase and return to this location in person to shop here rather than go to walmart online ....need to school your clerks to be more patient and understanding for new clients of hearing disabilities...our economic dollars help your business stay open just like everyone else

Oh my Gosh The best Customer Service on Michigan Ave Downtown Chicago The sales associates always greet you within a few seconds from entering the door They are very patient caring and knowledgeable And they do it with a smile each and every time you enter the door everybody on the floor greet you One person ask for your first name And before you walk out the door all you hear was come back Lisa thank you and come back we will be glad to assist you and they do it from their hearts Working retail for over 30 years I can truly say Victoria's Secret Rock with their Customer Service Michigan avenue Downtown Chicago Illinois The service you receive when you enter the dressing room still blowing my mind. I will be back I got 2 coupons get $20 off when you spend $50 regular price I purchase one bra felt so Good I had to come back and purchase another one. The bras are so comfortable you forget you have it on Thanks Victoria's Secret for your professional friendly knowledgeable service You damn right I'll be back you give me a reason to come back so hard to find out standing customer service thanks again

I hope this location could offer better selection of VS mists because now the other store on Michigan Ave that offered wider variety of mists is closed. The store could also offer better selection of panties in popular sizes (S or M) during sales. Customer service is always nice. I wish they kept products sorted by size and type during sales. It'd save my precious time.
