Bad experience . Went in to redeem my free panty coupon. Asked where I can validate my parking . Lady at the register said you can only have parking validated with purchase. Who made up this rule? I’ve been here hundreds of times and that was never the case. They used to have the validation machine set out for ppl to run their parking card through to validate but it disappeared. The rule is in writing above garage that you get FREE parking , validated if you’re in the mall 2 hrs or less. NOT parking validated with a purchase. This new rule is not in writing .. I was rewarded with a coupon from Victoria secret and penalized at the same time. She had to run my item through the register and it even says on the receipt “total items purchased, 1” . Based on other reviews, they really just make up new rules by the day. Won’t go to this location again.

I live nearby and I often come to this store because every salesperson is great...but this time the cashier has a bad attitude Don't know !!? because I'm a little late and it's 6:15 when I go in

I love shopping the Labor Day and Memorial Day sales at Victoria's Secret, and the lovely ladies running the shop were incredibly helpful. The store is clean, tidy, and well-organized. The dressing rooms lock, so no one can walk in accidentally. Overall, a great experience!
