I was told about the servicing issue when I bought my mower, I was giving the option to do the oil service myself or bring it in when it needed to be serviced but try to understand there will be await. All shops are like this right now, it is premium grass cutting season when it stops raining. And when it does rain, everybody wants repairs and services done.
