I just purchase a new car from here, it was a great overall experience despite manufacturer delays. Everything started in April this year when I was looking for a 2022 Expedition Max. This was the only dealership out of many who worked with me to get a deal without trying to make money due to the car shortage. Justin B. Was the first I worked with and he was just great. Unfortunately the car delivery was delayed and Justin moved to a different department so I got the opportunity to work with Erick to bring the deal at an end. Yesterday I got the car, Josh helped to get the car set up, we closed the deal and I was on my way back to Dallas in about an hour. Everyone was helpful, stay on a Saturday evening overtime to assist me. I really appreciate each one of the team members I worked with and O would definitely go back and make a deal with this dealership.

I stopped in for the very first time today to take a look at a vehicle for my wife after hers was totaled in a hit and run accident. While walking around the lot I was approached by salesman Rob Edge and we found one that I thought she would love and sent her pictures of it. She really liked it from the pictures but wanted to see it in person and take it for a test drive. My wife at the time was at work and could not come look at it so I scheduled an appointment for later in the same day. I also confirmed the appointment. As I pulled up to the dealership with my wife for the appointment I received a text message from Rob saying that it might be sold. 15 minutes later he comes up to me and says it’s sold. Not a sorry or anything. So I said “well what about my appointment”? Then he says “they showed up first and bought it”. Then I find out “they” is the service manager and his wife. Needless to say Rob is not a man of his word. He even told me that the car was more that it was advertised on the website. Do not, I repeat do not deal with salesman Rob Edge if you plan to buy a car from Everett Ford.

Call Landers, usually they don't classify that as part of the 100k mile"Drive Train" warranty.
