Often I call in a refill and when I pick it up find it's the wrong one, Also they text me my refill is ready and when I get there they don't have it ready.

They are following suggested policies.
I honestly could not answer that because I have not researched it but I believe that if they're giving out the shots you can get up just look right there on this where you're at and brookshire's number will be there and you can call him and I'll let you know right there on the map
They are regular hours the day before all holidays except Christmas Eve. They are open until 2:00pm on Thanksgiving Day.
