I called to schedule a yearly exam. When I arrived at the office, I was told they needed me to do certain tests. When I questioned why I found out that I had been scheduled for an IUD! That is unacceptable incompetence! My appointment was also extremely quick with little time to discuss concerns and the dr did not remember what medication she had prescribed.
