I used to be a regular until tonight. Stopped to fill up my tank before heading out of town tomorrow, ran in to use the bathroom. Thought I'd grab a case of beer before heading out, and was yelled at because I didnt have a mask on by 4 separate employees while at the register. Two were wearing masks, and two were not. The two that weren't were eating at the counter, and when questioned about the hypocrisy said they dont get breaks and had to do it. I will no longer support a business that treats almost a daily customer like this, allows and encourages employees to be confrontational with customers, or does not allow employees appropriate lunch areas or breaks.

I am a daily customer and I spend lots of my hard earned money at this particular town pump. Tonight I went in to get a 12 pack of coke, and I saw the sign on the shelf saying it was priced for $5.99, but my husband had to me it was on sale. So I asked the cashier and she told me the price was $5.49. I only had $5 dollars with me, so I just purchased 2 20oz cans instead. I left the store and saw the markee outside that said "coca cola 12pk $3.99." So I went back in the store and the cashier told me it was store policy that NOTHING can be returned. I was upset and advised the cashier to tell her manager she should post the policy of no returns when she say, oh it is posted right there and points to this very small 4x4 cut piece of paper stating that if you were unhappy with your product you could EXCHANGE it, so I explained I was happy to pay the difference and exchange the 2 20oz for the 12 pack. She then told me that it was only when it was damaged, that there could be an exchange. So I read her the policy verbatim and she said...nope, no exchange on food products. I walked out saying I would be back tomorrow to talk to the manager. I do not enjoyed being lied to, or not being able to exchange my item when that is what their policy states. Bad bad customer service, bad management for not being clear to employees what policy truly is and doe not havingitems priced properly in your store!!! I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Update on this...I decided to give town pump yet another shot, and I walked in to find the same cashier working. Energy shots were marked for 2 for $5 and when she rang them up they rang up for $6 and some change. I told her it was marked for $5 (which we buy them at that price every day) and she told me that the extra strength was not that price (we always get extra strength). I then asked her why she does this to me every time I come in and told her I was going to avoid coming into the store when she is there, and she grabbed my items off the counter and told me i could leave and didnt need to come back and refused service to me. Wow, what a way to run a business!! Then, I sent my husband to buy the same exact items, and she sold them to him with no questions asked!! I really think management needs to reconsider her employment!!

Best experience I've ever had at a gas station! The service is top notch! Super friendly and helpful. Not to mention it was one of the cleanest gas stations I've ever been in. Thanks for being awesome :)
