This Krogers needs a renovation.

(6 months ago) I did some shopping here the other day. There was a toaster on clearance so I threw it in my basket. At check out the clearance price was not ringing up, so I asked the employee to remove it. The manager came over and corrected the price. I had forgotten that I lost my debit card the day before, so all I had was my credit card, and at this point I realized I was short $8. The manager ended up paying the difference out of her own pocket! I was quite surprised. Even if she gets reimbursed for that, it was pretty awesome. I wish I would've gotten her name but I thought was super nice. (6 months later) Unfortunately I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 2-3 stars as I'm realizing that I have moved next to the worst kroger I've ever been to. They're constantly out of products that I'm used to purchasing. Every time I go grocery shopping I have to make multiple changes at the store because they're out of products. Purchasing/stock manager not doing their job. I've been to other krogers in the same area and they're fully stocked on everything. The staff here is super nice but their selection is terrible. Also if you need a shopping cart you'd better grab one from the parking lot on your way in. There's hardly ever any stock at the door

9.26.2022Update it’s been over Year and still no carts How can a company be so big and and say they care so much about there Community and yet never have shopping carts at the door and if the do they never roll or there broken good luck with customer service

I hate to leave a negative review but the produce is low grade. Always has mold or has gone bad. I go to Walmart across the street! Better prices and better quality of produce!
