I ordered online, wait 15 minutes before going to pick up my pizza. Get there to find out, they haven't even made it yet but, they said, 10 minutes. A waste of gas and a waste of a day for nothing... I never experienced this before with online, I should have just called...

So absolutely worthless. Ordered my son a pizza. I attempted to call it in and they wouldn't let me do it they made me do it online and surprised they sent it to the wrong store and said it was in mountain view and I don't have time to drive down there and get it so I wasted 12 bucks and ordered two pizzas for the price of one but now it's 30 minutes away thanks this whole online stuff is worthless when they can't figure out how to get it right

Used automated phone system to order, worked fairly well for a computer that sounds like a human. Very nice place inside with some fun signs, chalkboard wall. Friendly help. Makes you feel good being there. The orders show up on the monitor with how long to wait. Good food.

Look, Domino's doesn't provide a product or service that is earth shattering or unique. What they do provide - which is the reason for the 5 stars - is their service and consistency. We've been ordering from this Domino's for a long time, even before they moved to this location, and never has the quality of service gone down or been sacrificed. Sometimes there's a wait and that's to be expected on weekends, holidays or big game days so I don't judge on that. And when theth is a wait, the staff is apologetic and sympathetic for making the customer wait. Regarding the pizza - this is the same as the staff...consistently good. Made exactly as ordered and hot. The dining area is also very clean and organized which is inviting and assuring to customers. Always happy with this Domino's. Seriously, look at what you get with every order. Near perfection.
