Go to medical marijuana pa.gov and register for card.
Make appointment with Dr. Roman he can help you out. Cost is $200 then $50 to get card
Talk to Dr. Roman at Nature's Way Medicine. He may be able to help...
No; You need to go to padohmmp.custhelp.com/login and pay for your annual medical marijuana fee and renew your registration in your profile settings (it's a separate step from the payment). Then you need to schedule online for an appointment at NaturesWayMedicine.com 💚renewals do not need paperwork as of earlier this year.
Yes
Sahmto ThreeBoys==== Is 100% correct and the card is only 50 .......so to save 25 dollors may not be worth having to wait a few extra weeks !!! You will have it in 3-5 business days if you pay the 50. 2-3 weeks if you use the credit and 25$.
Hey Tim, I have chronic back pain and Dr. Roman was excellent with getting me through the process of getting my card!
Your best bet is to call Dr. Roman and explain your situation. Any other response to your question cant be answered by anyone but Natures Way so give them a call.
If it's for chronic pain still perisiting you don't NEED to bring paperwork but the stuff you have he will copy and keep on record to help your case if anything..cant hurt to bring it.
Nature's Way is Dr. Roman's Office in downtown Philly. This is not a dispensary, but the office of Philly Mmjpa compliant Dr. Matthew Roman. Top place to be evaluated for the process...
Check out #natureswaymedicine website an talk to Dr.Roman. He can give you the real answer in this sea of confusion...
There are 17 conditions that are qualified under PA law. For the most update info on the qualifications to be covered, please refer to Dr. Roman at Nature's Way Medicine, even easier if you go to the Nature's Way website; everything will be at your finger tips.
No
Yes.
No you do not. We have you fill out healthcare forms and email them back to us to help us assess your needs for a medical marijuana card. It's good if you have them but it is not necessary.
Yes, just get your medical record from your doctor. You just request them and don't have to tell them what is for.
You can get documentation from a doctor (pp or specialist) proving you have symptoms of chronic pain.
Call or online
PA and DE only
Guys it's basically because I'm also a marijuana patient. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it and fix the problem.
Send an email to [email protected] and they'll get back to you within 20 minutes
Just go man, mention the leg and back pain. You don't need to provide documentation for chronic pain. You're better off telling the doc that ”marajuana helps my (back/leg) pain...”
Natures way
It should, what web browser are you using? Maybe try a different web browser? It wouldn't hurt to try if you are close enough to walk in and ask. But maybe try a different web browser first.
No you have to schedule a appointment or call for walk ins
No. You will have to register with the state, pay the state $50 then you get your card within 3-5 business days.
. Most probably
Yes I believe you can
Just set up a time online. There is no best time.
Yeah I think that's covered, but you'd need paper work from your doctor. I think pain is the only condition which doesn't require paperwork from your doctor. So if you also have chronic back pain (lasting more than 6 months), you'll be good to go.
You should have a note stating that you are being treated for opiate addiction. Bring your medical records as well. Bring $200 and ID. That's it. Of the doc thinks you qualify, you're good. I am not a medical professional!
Yea homie
No. Pennsylvania does not recognize out-of-state IDs. No reciprocity
No, this is a Drs office. This is where you would go to get certified to get a mmj card not purchase your meds. To acquire medical marijuana you would have to go to a dispensary with a valid mmj card and state id.
Sounds like it most certainly could. Chronic pain is awful especially when it's managed through opiates. Make an appointment I'm sure he'll certify you if you qualify.
Absolutely. First you need to register on the Pennsylvania Department of Health medical marijuana page. Next you'll need to make an appointment with dr. Roman. He will review your records and make his recommendation. The Department of Health will update your medical marijuana patient status once your certification has been received from the doctor. At this point you will be prompted for the $50 patient card fee from the Department of Health. At that point you should take roughly two weeks to receive your card from the Commonwealth. Of course you can get more information from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's website. I don't have that all hand, Google it... :) Chris
Of course we do. I wouldnt trust a cash only marijuana clinic! -Dr. Roman
Definitely. Even without the shots or seeing a pain specialist. We don't recommend patients see these kinds of drug dealers. Excuse me, I meant physicians.
Yes you need to have a PA license or ID with your current address on it.
No, this is the Doctors' office where one can schedule or walk-in and receive a consultation, as well as an assessment, for their medical marijuana card application.
Am I recommend calling the doctor's office he can explain all the details or a few YouTube how to apply for a medical marijuana card in Pennsylvania you should get some information doctor Roman and myself both created videos on how to do it step-by-step
No, this is the Doctors' office where one can schedule or walk-in and receive a consultation as well as an assessment for their medical marijuana card application.
The best way to get ahold of him would be through Facebook Messenger.
Yes chronic pain
Sounds like you qualify if you still have pain from this that is severe despite treatment.
Yes
You will need $200 for your consultation, an any records you have, listing any of the current conditions (there are 17 ) you may have. If you go to the Nature's Way website, all an everything you need is listed all in one place. And if you still need direction, Dr.Roman from #NaturesWayMedicine is a caring an compassionate doctor. Please reach out to him.
Please refer to the Nature's Way Medicine website. All questions that you may have should be listed, but if you are still unsure...contact Dr.Roman directly. The contact info is on the #NaturesWayMedicine website.
Yes. Chronic back pain is a common yet serious condition that qualifies in Pennsylvania.
We are a medical marijuana clinic, not a dispensary. We help patients get medical marijuana cards.
We are a medical marijuana clinic, NOT a dispensary.
No coverage from insurance at the moment.see the above company you posted question.
The card IS your script. It allows you to enter dispensaries designed for you to purchase medical marijuana from. To find out when and where those dispensaries open, keep up with Dr. Roman, who will be sure to bring it up as soon as he knows on his youtube streams and our facebook pages...
I would call the office
