Positive: Quiet enough,had a desk and chair area to work, wifi, electric, bus, a/c, heat, fan, food store within walking distance, $--- for 5 days with tax. Good tv, remote, fridge and microwave okay. I asked for that room and they gave it to me. Negative: Bring something to clean the dirty, smelly carpeting to clean it for you better, i had to bring something for the hole in tub for a bath and bring a hairdryer. I had to call staff 3x to fix different things in the room but he did do it quick.

Location made me feel unsafe. One night stay only. Shady characters around to say the least. Lots of people using the hotel as their residence. Guest pulled out a BBQ pit and were cooking outside of their room. The room was dirty. Dirt and trash behind the nightstand. Slept ready to roll the entire night. Hotel needs updating. Definitely not what I am use to.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. However, our room had stains on the bedding, carpet, and walls including dead bugs on the window sill and floor. There was also a noticeable smell of smoke in the non-smoking room. The solution at the front desk was for us to use a spray they offered to eliminate the smell.

Very nice room. Super clean. Downstairs entrance way was not very clean. But I can see they are short staff. Just like everyone now a days. This was the third time I stayed. I will stay again. It is a real good price and close to Albany Airport. and Albany
