Only 1 teller on Fridays. Wait time just to get change 1hr 10 minutes!!!!! 10 People waiting in line only ONE TELLER!!!! Billions in profits can't afford another person ?????

Waited 1.5 hours to do an simple wire at this location, this is the last straw. Preferred business platinum honors, 2 biz accounts, 1 personal checking, been with BoA for 20+ years. Looking for a new bank now!

I am a very long time customer of BOA with significant accounts, both personal and business. I was very disappointed with the lack of service at this branch. One teller who was unable to properly communicate with me and her manager who made no effort to assist me with a problem that is a BOA error! She was very dismissive. I won't be back.
