Very nice people and location but terrible customer service for boat repairs. Spoke with the owner about repairing a Yamaha Jet Boat in OCT17. Based upon our conversation I dropped my boat off in APR18 and requested they complete the engine work by the July 4th weekend. Called them for an update on June 28th only to be given the number to another business because the owner/mechanic doesn't have time. I drove 1 1/2 hours to drag my boat 1 mile down the road to someone that could start working on it the next business day. Very disappointed in my experience with Chaumont Bay Marina, and recommend you look elsewhere for boat repairs.
