Make sure you read your "office notes" & "after visit summary" before you leave this office. Virtual visit on 6/27/22 with Dawn resulted in 95% of my reports being filled with information that was never discussed during our video call. Total time for the call was 12 minutes with 5 minutes of that for technical issues. Complaint done on 6/28/22 and I requested an office manager callback. Called office again on 7/1/22 about the office manager callback. Received call from manager "Tiffany" (I believe) on 7/6/22 and explained my concerns; was told that she & Dawn would be calling me on 7/7/22 to make corrections but that never happened.

This place is great! Much better from the other place in town. I love that you can do everything through the MyChart app. But I really love my apn Dawn Gadon. She actually listens to you and provides the best care.
