Inquired from Texas Bay, specifically from Harry and Jimmy, regarding options for building credit. He and their team made sure I knew what options I have and how many ways I can go about it. I ended up doing a secured shared loan as a way to build credit and both gentlemen took their time to explain everything to me. Depending on the time the check was deposited, it could be later the same day or the next day, baring there are no extenuating circumstances (check limits, check image clarity, etc.) that would require a hold to be placed on the check.
You should call them
Gage, ACH (direct deposit) posts in the morning before the lobbies open at 9am. Texas Bay does not have control when members’ direct deposit is received. If your direct deposit does not post, we recommend you get with your employer.
Pam, thanks for your question. To offer services to non-Texas Bay members within the shared branch network, we must follow the Shared Branch Network rules and regulation. This requires all shared branch transactions must be conducted in lobby. We do offer drive-thru services to Texas Bay members. Thanks again and hope to see you at the branch in the future.
