It's a shame that they don't let you go up to the viewpoint anymore, it's the only place in Down town that has one, I don't understand why.

It is not accessible to the general public. They do not charge but do not let pass if you do not have a business purpose in your visit.
No, it's only for the employees and their visitors.
It used to be free to public but now it's closed and only employees & any visitors of employees can enter. Due to pandemic.
