The scheduling on line was a bit confusing, but everything else was awesome. The person that checked me in and took care of paperwork was very professional and helpful.

Warm friendly customer service they went above and beyond and really made me feel they appreciated the opportunity to earn my business not the typical post CoVID “why are you here, just do it online I don’t get paid enough to care” this place is awesome service was awesome will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Always a pleasure to go to dealer to get service done. A lot of dealers in the Houston area don’t have Great customer service. Norman Frede always has that service.

Drove from Florida the day before truck was running well. After arriving at our hotel we went to pump gas and turned on our vehicle it was on for about 2-3 mins then shut off. We ran the code for the check engine p129f fuel pump driver control module we were able to clear the code one time and able to get it back to the hotel. Called the dealership the next morning they squeezed us in at 10:30. Towed the vehicle there and by 2:30pm our truck was ready for pick up. Thank you so much very appreciated!

There are some dealers calling truck month at any month but talk to Brett Barr at Norman Freede see what he can do for you he is a great salesman and cares about his customers
Yup unless you out about 10k down i supposse. Which i hear is normal. A bud said he walked in n drove off with a new platinum ford with no down and 960 monthly payment.
Go in and talk with them.
Be 1st thing you do is tow it to norm fredy. The 2nd thing you do it have the lady check but frame. If the frame is bent slightly she will total the vehicle take that certificate or letter document to your insurance agent and they should cut you a check right there . A should pay you the retail amount of the vehicle. Don't let a 3rd party tell you we can fix it don't do that period
