I was getting in line to pay at the front she took my stuff and put it on the inner counter i didn't know where my stuff was so i said wait were is my stuff she said ITS RIGHT HERE savegly we were in line for 10 minutes waiting there but when it was our turn she said oh you can't pay here you need a basket but i didn't know but she didn't even tell me earlier but we were in line right the for 10 minutes and now she said i don't pay for people with shopping cart only basket and told us to go to the other line so we just went but when we went there we asked the cashier can i talk to the manager but she said the manager was at break so i asked what was the lady name she said idk
