Went in today to purchase a high quality mattress & box spring, and waited about 20 minutes before one of two people came out from behind the desk to assist. The sales lady - offered little help: she didn't share any info about the differences between mattresses, couldn't answer our questions, and jumped to conclusions about what we wanted to purchase. She was ready to ring up the wrong mattress and box spring, until we interjected. We had to ask about haul-away options after the sale. The only good thing in the experience were the sale prices right now.
